AndMe was the first brand in India to address women's issues like PCOS, PCOD, and menopause. They had a good conversion since the beginning because of their unique product category. However, there were few repeat purchases on the marketplaces and the website.
Our Approach
We analysed and found that the products did not contain any sort of preservatives and were in the form of juices with a shelf life of 90 days. The customers ordering bulk quantities would experience taste differences in each bottle. This concern had to be addressed at the earliest. Thus, we experimented by changing the product format for some products from juice to powder and tea. The new product formats helped not only to bring in repeat purchases but also boosted customer confidence in the brand. This brand was acquired by GlobalBees for 30 crores.
